Officer - Sales Admin

Main Responsibility:

• Prepare different types of analytical reports (Daily, Weekly & Monthly) related with Sales and Distribution through SAP.
• Prepare Sales Target vs Achievement reports.
• Prepare daily Sales reports
• Connect with logistics team to update Dispatch order & track Vehicle Information.
• Party wise deposit confirmation reconciled with sales employee and forward it to accounts department for balance confirmation (daily basis)
• Gather order taking information from sales team and process the information
  Share different types of communication (Format, market information, delivery schedule etc.) with the members of sales team
• Sales Force support: time-sheets, logistics requirements, market information format, TA-DA bill processing etc.
• To collect market information of competitive brands and submits it to the management.
• Any other task assigned by line manager

Educational Requirements: Minimum Graduation in any discipline

Experience Requirements: At least 2-3 year(s) experience in Sales Administration

Additional Requirements

• Must have sound knowledge on SAP.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well versed in Microsoft Excel.
• Administrative or sales background.
• Must have experience in sales administration.
