Job Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to ensure operational smoothness of Powder Coating Production and ensure quality parameters and ISO standards are being fulfilled.

Responsibilities:

To ensure smooth shift production according to daily production plan.
To carry out Preventive Maintenance Planning & Scheduling in SAP and carry out Preventive Maintenance job physically.
To coordinate with Maintenance Department with a view to minimize maintenance hours and costs through appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
To maintain machine health card, monthly breakdown report and prepare RCA report of repetitive breakdown on regular basis.
To assist Manager-Production in implementation of budgeted Capital Expenditures as per schedule.
To ensure operation in compliance with ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2007 standards.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from a well reputed university.
At least 6 years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Location: Savar, Dhaka.
