Officer - Environment, Health and Safety (EHS)

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance on site safety Procedures
Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, Permit to Work (PTW) & SOP development & review
Investigate Incident, Accident & collect evidence, Root cause analysis, take corrective action, submit reports to group EHS Management
Maintain Legal register
Ensure Safety & Emergency equipment are inspected & maintained regularly.
Provide Safety Induction & safety Training to Employees, Contractor & Visitor
Prepare weekly, monthly reports
Any other task assigned by line manager

Educational Requirements: B.Sc in Industrial & Production/ Chemical/ Environment Science/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering from any recognized university

Experience Requirements: 1-3 years relevant working experience in EHS department at any factory/power plant.

Additional Requirements:

Sound knowledge on safety and hazard issues
Good leadership abilities with interpersonal skill
Good command in verbal and written English.
Ability to work with MS Office
Project work experience will be an added advantage

Job Location: Rupshi, Rupgonj, Narayanganj.
